Magdalena Brzeska was born in 1978 in Gdynia, Poland, and moved to Germany at the age of 14. She began to train in rhythmic gymnastics in 1990. Many sporting titles followed: Magdalena was German champion in rhythmic gymnastics 26 times and took part in several European and World Championships. The climax of her career was at the Olympic Games in 1996 in Atlanta, USA. The children’s sponsorship project ‘Magdalena Brzeska Talent School’ for up-and-coming gymnasts was founded in 2006, where she now trains tomorrow’s stars.
